This is an exceptional Sales Manager opportunity working for an international company focusing on high-end products and customer satisfaction.
Location: Home office or office in Woking, Surrey
You will be in charge of account development and people management, driving growth by ’leading from the front’ and ensuring that best practice is followed. It requires a multitalented and commercially strong sales leader with a passionate and engaging leadership style.
It is a perfect role for a successful sales person ready for the first step into sales management or an experienced sales manager looking for a fresh challenge.
You will be working closely with our Market Manager and together with the Area Sales Managers you complete the UK team.
- People management – field sales and back office personnel
- Close cooperation with Market Manager
- Reference to Sales Director based in Denmark HQ
- Co-responsible for sales in the UK
- Development of sales strategies
- Creating structure and establishing growth foundation in cooperation with Market Manager
- Key Account Management
The ideal candidate
- You are able to create structure and enthusiasm
- You have strong sales skills
- You have good people skills
- You are able to talk to all levels within the organization
- You have the ability to work both independently and as part of an existing team, meeting company growth targets
- You have management experience
- You have sales experience – preferably from MDA or SDA sales
- Advantage but not required – experience from field sales
